Rotary Medical Team to deliver free surgeries in Ethiopia

Rotary International Medical Team from India that conists of more than 30 doctors in collaboration with the Ministry of Health is providing free medical care under the motto "Operation Campaign" from September 30 to October 9, 2013.

The team is offering the free medical service at different hospitals including Minilik II, Yekatiti-12, Zewditu and Debre Birhan Hospitals.

During these days, more than 1800 patients are expected to get free medical service in these four hospitals.

The doctors will provide general and laparoscopic surgery, urology and plastic surgery and Gynecology at Zewditu Memorial Hospital, and ENT Surgery at Yekatit 12 Hospital. The free medical service at Menelik II Hospital will be dentistry, eye surgery and medical professionals' training and about 1,000 cataract operations will take place at Debbre Birhan Hospital.
