FIFA fined Ethiopia for using unregistered Jersey
FIFA
sends a letter of warning and fines Ethiopian Football Federation for
the walia’s wearing unregistered jersey at the World cup qualifying game
with Central Africa republic.
Ethiopian Football Federation had
registered two different jerseys for the African Cup and the world cup
qualifying games. But the walia’s who are now hours from the first leg
of its most essential game with Nigeria, had worn a jersey that was not
registered for that world cup qualifying game with central African
Republic.
For this offense FIFA sends a letter of warning and
fines Ethiopian Football Federation. Former Ethiopian football
Federation official and team leader of the national team, Ato Afework
Ayele confirms the letter of warning and the fine that was imposed on
the EFF but he didn’t disclosed the amount of money FIFA fines the EFF.
