Ethiopians keen on Arsenal's 'new Cesc Fabregas'
Arsenal youngster Gedion Zelalem would be welcomed with open arms if
he chooses to play for Ethiopia, his parents’ country of birth.
The 16-year-old (above), labelled the “new Fabregas”, is also eligible to play for Germany and America.
But Ethiopia foreign minister Tewodros Adhanom and national coach Sewnet Bishaw are keen on the midfielder, with the latter saying: “If he decides to play for us, then things will be easy.”
