A New Health Book with Ethiopian context launched
Contents:  It has 37 chapters and 206 pages. The chapters deal primarily with the signs and symptoms of the various diseases, the causes and as well the solutions to the problems. With the growing health concern of many communities, critical analysis is provided in each of the chapters. The book is extensively supported by high professionals in the medical field.
Objectives:
•    To Create awareness to  the  Ethiopian society about health related issues;
•    To provide alternative solutions to more common health related problems
•    To encourage readers to refer to the book, the approach is made in a simple and understandable way supported with our cultural proverbs;
•    To contribute to the national health policy by offering health related information and making it accessible to the society.


Few Highlights:  The book presents a detailed discussion on some of the major and critical health (medical) issues and which are common concern in some developing countries and in particular in Ethiopia

Comment: Dr. Selam thinks that the book can make a worthwhile contribution to the Ethiopian society and to that understanding, she hopes that her goals for health improvement be realized in a faster and most efficient way.
