Tigray Resources Grants Stock Options 

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 20, 2013) - Tigray Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TIG) ("Tigray" or the "Company") has granted an aggregate of 4 million stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of $0.105 per share and an expiry date of August 19, 2018.
